Robin Stewart Stone left Robin a note.✰

Most of my friends know that my mother suffers from Alzheimers,
but maybe not all. It's something that can really tear a family apart
and can tear YOU apart.
You're actually losing this person that you love right in front of you, slowly.
But unlike other diseases, they have no understanding of what's happening to them.
Maybe a little in the beginning, if they face the facts. Then it seems they become the children and we the parents. It's a sad to go through and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Please support this cause. You never know when someone you love may be touched by this disease.

I am on the MOVE to end Alzheimer's!
I am determined to make a difference in the fight against Alzheimer’s disease. By participating in the 2010 Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk®, I’m committed to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer research, care and support. Currently more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's, and 78 million baby boomers are at risk – unless we find a way to change the course of this disease. I want to do my part to fight Alzheimer’s, but I need your support! Please make a donation to help the Alzheimer's Association advance research into prevention, treatments and a cure for Alzheimer’s. For the millions already affected by the disease, the Association offers care, education, support and resources in communities nationwide.
Thank you for supporting my efforts. We’re on the MOVE to end Alzheimer’s!
